1. introduction
The Star Pickleball Platform (the “Platform”) attaches great importance to the protection of the personal information of all users. - Star Pickleball: online platform for pickleball sports events and players
- DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating): International Pickleball Player Rating System
- PCD: Pointclear Digital Co., Ltd. Developers and Administrators
- User: Any person using the Platform, such as a player, spectator, administrator, tournament manager or course manager.
3. Personal Information Collected
The Platform may collect the following information:
- Identification information such as name, surname, date of birth, gender
- contact information such as email (not publicly disclosed)
- User account and profile information
- MATCH DATA SUCH AS MATCH RESULTS, RANKINGS AND MATCH HISTORY
- Data from DUPR (only points and match data)
4. Purpose of data use
4.1 Registration and participation
- Used to organize competitions, make appointments and record the results
4.2 Display of profiles within the platform
- Player profiles may be shown to other users.
- Includes skill level, rank, and competition-related information
4.3 Sharing information on social media
- Users can choose to share their own data or work.
- Sharing takes place only with the consent of the user.
5. Connection to DUPR
The platform is connected to the DUPR system, with the following details:
- Used to retrieve score and match information only
- There is no modification or control of data in the DUPR system.
- Star Pickleball is a service user only (Service-level integration)
- No influence on the ratings or data of the DUPR
6. disclosures
The Platform will not disclose your personal information unless:
- Obtaining the consent of the user;
- comply with legal requirements;
Important:
- Email and phone number will not be made public.
7. Storage and security
- All data is stored in AWS Thailand Region (ap-southeast-7)
- Take security measures such as:
- Data encryption
- Restriction of access rights
- Regular monitoring of the system;
8. Data Subject Rights (PDPA)
Users have the right to:

- Request for correction of information
- Request to delete data

Users can:
- Manual account deletion (Self-service)
When an account is deleted:
Data to be permanently deleted immediately:
- Name
- Gender
- Birthdays
- ID card number
- DUPR ID
- Contact Information
Data that is still stored (anonymously):
- Race history
- Results of the competition
Objectives: To maintain the continuity of the competition data and the accuracy of the system
10. Email communication
- Email notifications are opt-in only
- Users can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Support Contact
- Sending emails to support is carried out by the user.
