1. introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of theStar Pickleball platform (the “Platform” or the “Site”) developed and operated by**Pointclear Digital Co., Ltd. (PCD) **

By using the Platform, you (“User” or “User”) have read, understood and accepted all of these Terms.

2. definitions

  • Star Pickleball: online platform for pickleball sports events and players
  • DUPR: Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating
  • PCD: Pointclear Digital Co., Ltd. Platform Developers
  • **User (User) **: Player, Spectator, Admin, Tournament Manager or Field Manager

3. Platform Usage

The user agrees that:

  • The platform will only be used for legitimate purposes.
  • The platform will not be used in a manner that causes damage to the system or other users.
  • will not attempt to access data or systems without permission.

4. User account

  • The user must provide accurate and current information.
  • The user is responsible for the security of his own account.
  • The platform is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized access to the account.

PCD reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if any use is found to be in violation of the Terms.

5. Content and user profile

  • THE USER OWNS THE DATA HE CREATES.
  • The user grants the platform the right to display such information within the system.
  • The platform has the right to remove or correct inappropriate or illegal content.

6. Use of competition data

  • Competition information such as match results, scores and rankings may be published within the platform.
  • Such information may be used to analyze and improve the Service.

7. Connection to DUPR

  • The platform may connect to DUPR to retrieve score and match information.
  • The platform does not have the authority to control or modify the data of the DUPR.
  • All ratings are based only on the DUPR system

8. Intellectual property

  • All content, logos and systems on the platform are the property of PCD or its licensors.
  • Do not reproduce, modify or publish without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform provides services “as is” (as-is) and:

  • 100% data accuracy is not guaranteed
  • Not responsible for direct or indirect damage from use.
  • Does not guarantee the continuity of the system without errors.

10. Prohibited use

The user must not:

  • USE THE PLATFORM FOR DECEPTION
  • Post illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
  • Attempts to break into the system or interfere with the operation of the system

11. Suspension of services

PCD reserves the right to:

  • Temporary suspension of services for the maintenance of the system;
  • Terminate the account of the user who violated the terms
  • Update or change the Service without prior notice.

12. Account Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their account manually
  • After cancellation, personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the requirements

PCD may modify this requirement as appropriate by:

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Applicable law

This requirement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
